Week 1: Exposure

Questions to answer for Mid-term about Exposure:

What is shutter speed, ISO, and aperture? Be able to define all three and tell the strengths and weaknesses of each.

What is depth of field?

Exposure for Low Light. 1. Choose the lowest shutter speed tat you can handhold (and still freezes the action in the scene) 2. Choose an aperture that works 3. Raise your ISO until your image is exposed correctly

Exposing with Lots of Light (example outdoors during the daytime). 1. Set ISO from 100-400. 2. Choose an aperture that makes sense for the scene. 3. Raise or lower your shutter speed to get correct exposure.
